What do your packages cost?
Get in touch with us, to set up a free consultation! Each client’s needs and home are different, so we’ll work with you to set up the perfect, personalized plan, or services.
Do you have liability insurance?
We have comprehensive business and liability insurance, and value our clients’ homes, safety, and privacy above all else.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, debit and credit cards, and give you the option to either set up automatic payments or manual payments.
Do you charge for travel?
Only when traveling outside of our preferred 50 mile radius from Hillsdale, NY. We serve Columbia County, NY, Berkshire County, MA, and Litchfield County, CT.
Do you offer trial periods?
We do 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month contracts. There are some cost benefits to choosing a 12-month plan, however, we recommend a 3-month contract to those wanting to try out our services!
What if we’re not a good fit?
Things happen! If we’re not a good fit, both parties have the option to cancel a contract. There is a 25% kill fee, payments already made are non-refundable, and there must be two weeks of written notice before a contract can be terminated.
